Warranty and Repair Policy
All of our products are guaranteed for 1 full year under normal use. If you have a problem with a mic or preamp, just pay for shipping costs and we will repair or replace your unit free of charge.
Please contact Chris Church before you send your items back! Your problem could be something simple that we can troubleshoot, thus saving you time and money.
Customers with return repairs should expect a wait time of approximately 2 to 3 weeks between the arrival of their items to our shop and return shipment.
Privacy Policy
We at Church Audio value your patronage and privacy. We will never sell or share your personal information with anyone outside of our company without your express permission. We only accept Paypal payments, and suggest you read their privacy policy regarding the personal information they use to complete your transaction. Because we deal solely with Paypal, Church Audio is not privy to any of your financial information.
